OUR STORY

Bake around your life, not the clock.

Bread Train began with a simple frustration: most sourdough schedules assume you have a whole day free. We wanted something more forgiving—clear guidance that helps everyday bakers plan around early mornings, late shifts and everything in between.

Professor Crumb is our friendly guide, making sourdough feel less intimidating and more achievable. Every Bread Train resource is created with beginners, busy bakers and imperfect days in mind.
